Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the email address you give us when you join the Excura waitlist or register partner interest. It is the only personal data we collect on this site.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Mustafa Alper Ergüne, operating as a sole trader in Türkiye. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything in this notice, including any of the rights listed below.

What we collect, and why

  • Your email address - so we can tell you when the Excura beta opens, and send occasional product updates about it.
  • Which form you used (traveller waitlist or partner interest) - so we send you relevant messages rather than all of them.
  • A record of your consent - the wording you agreed to, a version tag, the time, and the IP address the signup came from. We keep this only to be able to show that consent was actually given, which the law requires of us.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels on this site, and we never sell or rent your address.

Our legal basis

Your consent, and nothing else - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and Article 5(1) of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK). We ask for it explicitly with an unticked box, and we do not add you to anything until you click the confirmation link we email you.

Who else sees it

We use MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, with infrastructure in the United States) as our email processor. They store and send on our behalf, under contract, and are not permitted to use your address for their own purposes.

This means your email address is transferred outside Türkiye and the EEA. For KVKK purposes that transfer happens on the basis of your explicit consent, which is why the consent text names it directly. For GDPR purposes MailerLite relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after signup if the beta has not launched and you have not heard from us - whichever comes first. After that the address and its consent record are deleted. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Under GDPR Articles 15-21 and KVKK Article 11 you can ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold data about you, and get a copy of it;
  • correct it if it is wrong, or have it deleted;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • receive it in a portable, machine-readable form;
  • withdraw your consent at any time - this is the simplest one, and unsubscribing does it immediately. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to your national data protection authority in the EEA, or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Changes

If we change how we use your address, we will update this page and, where the change is significant, ask for your consent again rather than assuming it.

  • E-posta adresiniz - Excura beta sürümü açıldığında sizi haberdar etmek ve ürünle ilgili ara sıra güncelleme göndermek için.
  • Hangi formu kullandığınız (gezgin bekleme listesi veya iş ortaklığı) - size yalnızca ilgili mesajları göndermek için.
  • Rıza kaydınız - onayladığınız metin, sürüm bilgisi, zaman ve kaydın geldiği IP adresi. Bunu yalnızca açık rızanın gerçekten alındığını ispatlayabilmek için tutuyoruz; mevzuat bunu bizden istiyor.

Bu sitede takip çerezi, analitik veya reklam pikseli kullanmıyoruz; adresinizi hiçbir şekilde satmıyor veya kiralamıyoruz.

Hukuki sebep

Yalnızca açık rızanız - 6698 sayılı KVKK m. 5/1 ve GDPR m. 6(1)(a). Rızanızı, önceden işaretlenmemiş bir kutu ile açıkça talep ediyoruz ve size gönderdiğimiz doğrulama bağlantısına tıklamadan sizi hiçbir listeye eklemiyoruz.

Aktarım

E-posta altyapısı için MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Litvanya; sunucuları Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde) hizmetinden yararlanıyoruz. MailerLite verileri bizim adımıza, sözleşme kapsamında saklar ve gönderir; kendi amaçları için kullanamaz.

Bu, e-posta adresinizin yurt dışına aktarıldığı anlamına gelir. KVKK m. 9 uyarınca bu aktarım açık rızanıza dayanılarak yapılmaktadır; rıza metninde aktarımın ayrıca belirtilmesinin sebebi budur.

Saklama süresi

Aboneliğinizi iptal edene kadar; beta yayınlanmamışsa ve sizinle iletişime geçilmemişse kayıt tarihinden itibaren en fazla 24 ay. Bu sürenin sonunda adres ve rıza kaydı silinir. Gönderdiğimiz her e-postada tek tıkla abonelikten çıkma bağlantısı bulunur.

KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız

  • kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme;
  • işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme;
  • yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme;
  • eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme;
  • silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme;
  • düzeltme, silme ve yok edilme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme;
  • münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme;
  • kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme;
  • açık rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri alma - en pratik yolu abonelikten çıkmaktır ve anında sonuç doğurur. Geri alma, öncesinde yapılan işlemleri etkilemez.
